Founded in 1896, Kincy Abstract & Sabine Title Company has served Hunt County, TX, and the Northeast Texas region for more than a century. Our History Since 1896

Kincy Abstract & Sabine Title Company has been serving Hunt County and the surrounding Northeast Texas area since 1896. As the holder of the most complete and detailed real estate records in the region, dating back to original land patents, we are uniquely equipped to handle even the most complex title research in-house.

1896

The company was originally established as Kincy Abstract, beginning its legacy as one of the oldest abstract and title businesses in Hunt County, TX.

1950s

In the 1950s, a group of local business leaders came together to form Sabine Title Company.

1970s

In the late 1970s, local investors acquired both companies and began operating them under a new corporate name.

1992

Bobby Stovall purchased the corporation's stock and initiated the merger of the two companies into a single entity. Since 1992, the business has operated as Kincy Abstract & Sabine Title Company.

2018

In June 2018, Chris Blakemore and Paige Spradling acquired the company. With over 60 years of combined experience, they continue to prioritize exceptional customer service.

2020

In 2020, Kincy partnered with the Law Office of Andrew D. Thomas to launch its first fee attorney closing office in Royse City, Texas. Mr. Thomas is a general practice attorney focusing on civil litigation, estate planning, and real estate law.

2022

In 2022, Kincy collaborated with Scott, Ray, Pemberton & Goll, PLLC to open a second fee attorney office, located in McKinney, Texas.
